Sheraton – Fort Lee, NJ
The proposed project is part of a 3.4 acre urban development located on Route 4 near the George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee, New Jersey. The project consists of an eight-story, 159-room, full-service Sheraton Hotel, that will share the site with a six-story, 110-room Comfort Suites Hotel, and six-level Parking Garage Structure. The 131,600 square foot structure will provide 369 parking spaces for hotel guests and will serve two separate hotels on the same site.
