The Lofts at Frederick Street are newly constructed condominiums designed to navigate strict height and setback limitations while incorporating a first-floor parking deck. Varied unit layouts and tiered floor-to-floor setbacks required each level to be uniquely designed. Drawing on a historic warehouse aesthetic, the project seamlessly integrates into the surrounding warehouse district.
