Neil Bhatt has over 38 years of experience practicing architecture nationally and internationally. He was an Associate with Dewberry and Davis for 13 years. Prior to that, he was a vice- president of the intertnationally known high rise architectural firm WZMH Group, Inc. in Dallas, Texas.

Floyd Cybulski has over 10 years of experience practicing architecture. He has been a valued member of the nbj team since 2001 contributing in every aspect of design and construction and has played a key roll in helping to mentor younger staff members.
