Neil Bhatt has over 50 years of experience practicing architecture nationally and internationally. Neil remains very hands on with all nbj projects and is always available to respond to client needs. His extensive understanding of building design and a discerning eye are invaluable assets to the studio. In his free time Neil enjoys teaching about Hinduism and leads a course and podcast discussing Bhagavad Gita.
With over 20 years of experience practicing architecture with nbj, Floyd has experience in every aspect of design and construction and has played a key roll as a technical mentor for the studio. Floyd specializes in managing and overseeing complex projects and providing exceptional quality control both on documents and in the field. In his free time Floyd enjoys practicing karate with his two sons.
Cassidy has been an nbj team member since 2007. She specializes in both architectural and interior design as well as space planning and is the studio’s organization sage. Cassidy loves to work with clients to find unique and impactful design solutions to suit their needs. Outside of the office, she enjoys camping and hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Andrea joined the studio at nbj in 2014 after completing her Masters of Architecture at Hampton University. She is a highly collaborative colleague, serving as a responsive, motivated manager. In her free time Andrea enjoys crocheting and is always impressing the office with her creations.
Brian has over 15 years of experience in Architectural and Interior Design with experience in design, detailing, production, and project coordinating. Brian is an avid collector, painter, and has a passion for music, tennis and vintage cars.
