As the new headquarters for a growing Biotech company, this 32, 000 SF facility serves a variety of needs including DNA sequencing & synthesis, immunochemistry, peptide synthesis, and bio-hazard Level 3 laboratories. The architects worked closely with the General Contractor to successfully complete the building before the client’s lease expired on their previous space, and creative building design allowed the project to maintain its critical schedule.
