Hyatt Eagle Village was introduced to the University of Mary Washington Campus adjacent to the Hospital and Student Housing to provide a place to stay for family and friends of Students and Patients.

The hotel was a careful marriage between the contemporary Hyatt franchise design and the Jeffersonian styling of the University Campus. The artful combination of traditional and contemporary design elements creates a unique building to compliment the University campus and Fredericksburg street-scape.
