JON Properties

The JON Properties renovation was a detailed restoration of a historic 1901 Victorian residence in downtown Fredericksburg, VA. Interior and exterior renovations provided necessary upgrades to allow the home to be used as an office space while maintaining the historic integrity of the home and allowing for the option of a seamless transition back to a single family residence. Upgrades include improved handicap accessibility, new low maintenance HardiePlank siding, reconfigured and refinished interiors, and structural upgrades.
